In the fall, I left my full time office job to pursue my dreams. After that change, really… it was more after that first paycheck at my new part job while pursuing my dreams, I was wondering if I had made the right decision. Fortunately, while grappling with this idea I saw the movie Assassin’s Creed, which may seem unrelated, but I love movies and God always brings the right movie to me at the right time with a useful message. This movie had a helpful bit of information in it that helped me along in my path. In the movie, they said “Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.” That idea helped we move forward because I was struggling with the idea of whether there is a capital “T” truth. Did I make the “right” decision? Is there such a thing as one “right” decision? Did I pick the best option to help me move forward spiritually while yet making a responsible choice for the commitments I have already agreed to over time (mortgage and student loans, etc)?
The Assassin’s Creed “Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.” is actually more like a motto than a creed and was attributed to Hassan-i Sabbah. Our current ideas of truth are based on fragile social structure so that is why they say “Nothing is true.” The idea that “Everything is permitted” gives us to become the co-creators of our own lives. The meaning of the motto is the choices are ours to make but we must live with the consequences. The feeling that there was more than one “right answer” was liberating. I was able to leave some of the worry about whether it was the “right” decision. When we can release worry, we make room for the divine to work through us and bring awesome synchronicities into our lives. Gratitude is the best way to bring more great things into your life.
After a couple months, I felt like the change had been a positive one and I found myself surrounded by great employers and great co-workers. Giving reiki, crystal readings, and massage therapy to people has been very rewarding. I know through doing so much energetic work, I also gave myself the opportunity to let go of things that had been weighing me down. Reiki does not distinguish from the practitioner and the receiptent so it is beneficial for both. The more energy work I have done for myself and others the more I am surprised what we hold on to at the soul level. While we are simultaneously strong, we can although have part of our soul splinter off from painful events. Through energy work with reiki and crystals over time, I am able to help people call back the fragments from those several traumatic events. The more self care and energy work you do, the more you are able to stand in your power and meet your life’s purpose with ease and with joy.
Are you ready for reiki or crystal therapy yet? I hope so. If you are wanting to see someone in person but don’t live close to where I offer services, send me a message and I can recommend a practitioner closer to you. Since we are all one in spiritual truth, your healing helps all of us so I am inclined to help you, because it helps all of us! Peace.
